As the owner of Stand Tall Coaching, LLC, Amy provides coaching and consulting services to clients who seek to increase alignment and resonance across their values, goals, and behaviors. Through their coaching engagements, Amy’s clients become deliberate and more confident authors of their lives and careers by increasing awareness and understanding of their personal values, learning to pause in the moment to incorporate additional perspectives into their understanding of their context, and being mindful and deliberate about their choices and behaviors.

Amy coaches people working in large corporations to small non-profits, entrepreneurs to individuals considering re-entry to the workforce. Amy leverages a variety of specific coaching tools to support the diversity of her clients’ needs, objectives, and orientations. Depending what resonates best with her clients, Amy is able to pull from formal training in Coaching for Intentional Development and Narrative Coaching, as well continual study of numerous other methodologies, approaches, tools, and assessments which promote awareness and mindfulness as a foundational element during all phases of coaching relationship and are designed to reinforce continual improvement and growth.

Another core focus of Amy’s coaching is her dedication to sustainability and self-sufficiency. Throughout their cycles of searching, experimentation, and identifying sources of internal and external support, her clients develop the tools and confidence to be creators of their desired change through their own behavior and to independently adapt as they encounter internal and external shifts and roadblocks even after the coaching engagement is complete.

Amy holds both a Master of Business Administration and an Executive Coaching Certification from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.  Her 20+ years of coaching individuals, consulting to corporations, and providing project leadership and oversight within organizations, as well as her service on several non-profit boards help her relate to a broad base of clients across numerous industries.
