Our Tradition of Continues…
Throughout the year, ICF Cleveland hosts monthly coach education-oriented programs that give us brief opportunities to see one another and connect. We hear your feedback that you want MORE, so our end-of-year celebration maximizes your time to CONNECT and LEARN from one another.

Program Format:
We will have a mix of small group break-out rooms where we can catch up with one another and hear about what each of us has learned, adopted, tried, tested, dipped our toe into, or innovated on our own over the past year. Then in large group, we’ll highlight and share what could be beneficial for the whole group!

To Prepare:
You don't need to do much but bring yourself! Each of the three small group breakouts will be organized around a discussion prompt selected to get your conversation started. There is probably a lot of overlap in these areas - that's okay! There are no wrong answers.  Come with something you've learned or relied on over the past years to share with the group in these areas:

1) A Tool or Resource that you've used or discovered - this could be a mobile app, a website, a professional service, a program you enrolled in, or a class that you've completed.
2) A Habit, Routine, or Practice that you've found helpful in our "new normal" - Meditation? Setting up recurring self-care appointments, Time Blocking? Personal or professional, whatever works for you!
3) A "Word" you've enjoyed: We've expanded our definition of words beyond the Book Exchange origins of this event. Do you have a favorite blog, newsletter, magazine, Podcast, Vlog? We want to know!
