To learn how to facilitate a great mastermind experience and why creating these groups is the best retention tool for a coaching practice

Learn how to build and facilitate a great mastermind experience so you can generate new coaching clients and keep them 3-5x longer. Tom Healy and Joe Buzzello built a highly profitable mastermind practice six years ago and have trained over 100 coaches on how to scale their practices to earn more per client and retain them for years. In this session, Tom and Joe will walk through marketing a mastermind practice, selecting the right members and facilitating high performing monthly meetings.

Over my professional career, I’ve had the pleasure of starting three successful companies, published three books, developed online education used on over 100 college campuses and delivered over 1,000 keynote talks, workshops and strategy sessions. I’ve helped a wide range of organizations, including national non-profits, the United States Navy, the Harvard Medical School and Fortune 500 companies.

I’m an active member of my community and have spent the past 15 years in Scottsdale, AZ. My current community involvement includes serving on multiple boards and volunteering my time for non-profits. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family and golfing

Joe is the founder of SEL Source Thought Partners; co-founder of Advance AZ, LLC, and President of The Buzzello Group, Inc. I have also authored three books, including the direct sales classic, The CAP Equation, A Foolproof Formula for Unlimited Success in Sales.

When he first started selling $39 accident insurance policies on the streets of Los Angeles in the summer of 1979, he had no idea if he was going to be able to make it in commission sales, let alone make his car payment at the end of the month. He almost quit, but a conversation with his father over a bowl of his mom’s spaghetti during his third week of being in the field changed everything.
